| Main Responsibilities |
| Family Support and Case Management |
| 1.1. Provide direct support and intervention to families, managing a caseload and offering tailored assistance. 1.2. Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing caseloads, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely support. 1.3. Advocate for the best interests of families, particularly when addressing complex issues such as poverty, mental health, domestic violence, and substance abuse. 1.4. Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of families. |
| Program Implementation and Service Delivery |
| 2.1. Assist in the delivery of family support services, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and quality standards. 2.2. Work collaboratively with the Deputy CEO to identify family needs and provide guidance on effective service delivery. 2.3. Utilise knowledge of local services to signpost families to appropriate support resources. |
| Communication and Collaboration |
| 3.1. Establish and maintain effective communication with families, colleagues, and external partners. 3.2. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on service improvement and best practices. 3.3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities and partner organizations, to enhance service delivery. |
| Training and Professional Development |
| 4.1. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and competencies in family support. 4.2. Support the development of best practices and share knowledge with colleagues to improve service quality. |
| Documentation and Reporting |
| 5.1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, case notes, and service delivery outcomes. 5.2. Prepare reports for the Family Focus management team and other stakeholders, detailing the impact and effectiveness of support services. |
